I saw someone say that choosing to be kind, positive, or altruistic makes someone either stupid or that they never experienced pain... I have to disagree with that. You have no idea how much bitterness it took for me to become sweet. I just chose not to become the pain I was inflicted with.

i also hide under the covers and i try to breathe as quietly as i can and not move at all its kind of funny writing it out. why am i like a kid scared of monsters under the bed IM A GROWN ASS MAN!!

i get it.. when im in bed sometimes i still get very paranoid. i have not found a solution for this yet but the virgo in me will be working overtime. perhaps i will do visualization of the wizards if i can (wizard story i came up with one night to try and sleep)
