Hey it's been like 8 or 9 yrs Iv had a cpap and the rest will take care of its self. First week it was like someone jacked all the uppers in a needle and put it in me. Gotta trust the mask. You'll feel foolish but it's worth it. Anything i can do to help don't hesitate.
