Don't throw away carrot tops!.There's actually more nutrition in them than there is in the carrot. You can use them raw in salads, pesto, or smoothies. Carrot greens are a rich source of Iron, Vit C, Vit K, and have more Vit C than the actual carrot. My bunnies love them and so do I 🥕🐇🌿 #rawvegan
