If abided by, they have brought in a different standard of care for trans people, given we will either be humiliated on men’s wards (bound to be terf nurses, too) or shoved in a make-shift room. It’s dangerous. And incredibly stressful. The NHS becomes something to fear.
Show PostGoes totally against the principles of the GRA 2004. Just four complaints about trans people in three years across the entire NHS, I believe. All trivial matters. It’s simultaneously dangerous and undignified to have anatomical cis females with men - but anatomical trans female: Fine. Dignified.
