Fun headline from the FT just a few minutes ago. Musk can go pound sand! Satellite Connect Europe is going to win and Starlink loses. EU can say “we are not discriminating against American technology or companies.”

And with custom waveforms such as OTFS (by Cohere Technologies) it will be possible for satellites to communicate with very fast moving objects below the noise threshold. That is why the DoD (and private sector) is super interested in OTFS. Hard to jam what you don't hear.

A few things to think about since $SPCX is clearly needed in Ukraine but has demonstrated its willingness to violate its contract terms. Using cellular connections is VASTLY more power/space efficient for weapons than using a Starlink mini terminal. If Ukraine had access to $ASTS they would use it.

From my perspective $ASTS is looking very much oversold. The technical break of trend caused a meltdown on the $SPCX news which is honestly bullish if you understand the business. Markets do stupid things all the time. Oversold on the daily charts as well.
