Yes. If you do things in a certain way, but that way makes a client/customer uncomfortable or unhappy, you need to react to that. Don't get all bent out of shape because the customer is not accepting of how you're doing that. Myself, I'd want to not make people upset?

I'm vaguely annoyed I guess when I get called dear or honey (especially if it's someone younger than me). I don't give enough fucks to call 'em out tho. But that is frustrating when the person does not care that you told them it makes you unhappy/uncomfortable.
