If anyone tells you that going solo in journalism is always a glamorous idea, I've just spent two hours lying in an (empty) hotel bathtub trying to an edit a newsletter in a bid to hit a deadline without waking up my kids. I bet Amol Rajan doesn't have to put up with this.
