Me: The NHS regularly offers screenings for certain conditions to ethnicities statistically more likely to develop certain conditions. It massively reduces healthcare costs later if those more likely to develop certain conditions are checked early. It's of benefit to taxpayers! Reform: MUH TWO-TIER
