Ok, found this quote in the book and i wanna know if theres any truth to it, that the NKP hudsons were just modified USRA Pacific designs with a four wheel trailing truck. I can see some USRA/ALCO design characteristics in it but im not gonna jump the fence and start saying they are.

Ok, so i looked around and the closest explanation i got was from TrainForge’s Trainz 2019 model of the engine that say it was an amalgamation of the NKP’s H-6 Mikados (which were basically USRA designs) and the K-1 Pacifics. I guess its a stretch but kinda also true.

Today's work session on 3463. Repainted the smoke box door and fireman side driver tires and primed the rest of the smoke box. I attempted to grind the old paint off the engineer side driver tires lol
