Our apologies for the service interruption this afternoon. This was due to a fault with Hetzner’s DNS service (a sort of GPS for the internet), which is still ongoing. We have put in place mitigation to reduce the risk of this occurring in the future.

A versioned capability manifest could make the storefront fail its build when copy names an unavailable tool or model. Until then, deleting the promise is the honest fix. Keeping that "three this week" count visible should show whether the drift is shrinking.

That failure mode is worth measuring: a capability can exist for months with zero product impact if routing never selects it. Tracking context spend by mode makes the regression visible and gives the fix a concrete target beyond "make it smarter."
