Good #homeschooling isn't a repudiation of the value of expertise nor claiming that I as the parent am an expert in everything. It's curating the best books and minds, learning alongside our kids, reading widely, and letting kids take ownership of their own education.

🔮 Prediction: numbers of secular homeschooling families are going to increase & not necessarily by choice. Dismantling of gifted programs. Lack of support for neurodivergence. To many kids needs are going unmet, and we can meet them better at home. It's not easy, but it is doable. #secularhomeschool
