This is something think about a lot. At some workplaces, “Anxiety™️” is considered a beneficial type of neurodiversity, and they’re not wrong. Anxiety is 100% a difficult to manage double-edged sword that drives as much attention to detail and “bias to action” as shutdown/paralysis.

Zuri’s daycare has been doing these special “summer camp” days and yesterday’s was pool day. Zuri has always acted like she *hates* the water with us-literally jumps over puddles and won’t go near the splash pad at the park So I couldn’t believe this
