i definitely wouldve (and had) loved watching morning cartoons, and then getting creeped out at end of broadcast days, playing rented games late at night in secret, exploring the internet for the first time. i would NOT have liked the bullying and ostracization and social pressure and expectations.

its wild how kinda emotional i get being nostalgic for a period i wasnt even born in. part of me wishes i grew up sometime during the 70s or 80s or 90s but i know for a fact that i wouldve hated the societal and social aspects lmao, i only feel that way because of certain media.
