Yea I generally agree it depends on the situation, but usual default to third person. Partially because dnd, partially because I'm an old Muppet from the forum mines so 3rd feels a lot more comfortable to use.

Between Second and Third Person, I'd say Third person. Though I tend to lean toward first for RP, I'm fine with and have done third. Second trips my brain up a little bit too much.
