One of the biggest things I've noticed, post treatment, surgeries etc, is the time it takes me to bounce back. A busy day or a late night has me absolutely wiped out. My bounceback ability is severely impaired. 😴

Y'all, your weird death lesson for today will come as a shock to my diabetic friends... Ketosis is gonna be mom's friend through the transition process at some point.😐 Why am I looking this up? I could smell ketones today - wasn't sure if it's her or me. 🤷‍♀️
