Well he thinks he's above the law! And why not - just look at what he has gotten away with - irrespective of the ridiculous SC judgement about a President above the law if carrying out presidential duties.

Trump's arrogant post was an intentional "FU" to the judge. It also demonstrates just how far gone his brain is, and how dangerous his lack of capacity, common sense and inhibition is when he has the military, law enforcement and nuclear weapons at ready disposal.
