@americanair.bsky.social in the time I've been waiting for my delayed flight to leave O'Hare today we've had four gate changes, making me walk literally from one end of Terminal 3 to the other (G1>L1>L10>G5>L21) and when I tried to say something about this your staff took no accountability

And, the @americanairlines.bsky.social fiasco at DCA continues. Our flight never took off last night because: no pilot. Now, with 4 hours sleep, we are back at the airport. And guess what? Still no crew. Some passengers luggage was sent on another plane, without them, to the wrong city.
