New figures from the Museum of Homelessness & @ncmd.bsky.social reveal 51 children experiencing homelessness died in the UK in 2025. 63% of them were under one year old. All local authorities should be required to record and report homeless deaths in their area, including children.

Inhalers that are empty still give the impression that they are working. Dose counters are not licensed in any UK paediatric asthma reliever pMDI inhalers. We need to be aware of this as healthcare professional, patients and as parents/family members. No child should die from asthma.
