As an educator I don't say this lightly, but why would anyone hire "AI-natives"? There is a chance that they cheated their way through college, and even if they didn't, it's hard to assess without in-person trials. It's just seems safer to hire older, pre-AI candidates.

I say again and again. My students don't want to use GenAI. They get so upset when it comes up. Then I hear "ahh, but the students who aren't showing up to you class are probably using it." ...O...Okay? Students with bad habits have adopted other bad habits?
