If they do this in Scotland i am going to have to organise something. Some sort of visitor programme to make sure that trans in patients get routine regular visits so everyone in the hospital knows they have people, and cant be harassed

Across the EU, trans women are women. So a trans woman gets taken by ambulance on the Irish/NoI border to Eire, she goes in the women's ward. Ambulance takes her into NoI, she is now outed, segregated, everyone gets to know her private medical business and she is treated as a man.
