One of my pet peeves as a Liberal Golfer is many of my fellow libs' insistence that muni courses should be torn up, rezoned, etc. (b/c "golf). Play one round and you will understand who these courses are for and why they are often vital (and crowded) urban outdoor spaces. Upzone single family first!
