If ur admitting that it wasn’t enforced, why are you even blaming the VA? That makes you sound pedantic. And this is part of the problem, arbitrarily deciding to enforce a rule only when it’s convenient for them. Also, they don’t need sneetches; they already know their projects and their members.

when someone says they're feeling threatened by an institution that has more power than them and also has and will leverage power OVER them and their career, i tend to believe them. you expect empathy for yourself but spare none for others.
