I really had #acidrefluxdisease, #gerd #stomachulcers, and #excema, #constipation, and i fixed all of that by reducing my caffeine & sugar consumption, prioritizing mastication, & limiting the amounts of processed foods I consume. Everytime i ate, it came with hours of pain afterwards. Not no more.
