I’m joining the DBOS User Group meetup next week to demo our new self-host feature! It’ll be another casual chat on Discord—no recording, just a chance to hang out with the developer team and other users.

Agree that it only applies to a small set of large companies hitting scaling bottlenecks! By under the radar, I was comparing TiDB relative to its competitors (i.e. Vitess, CockraochDB, Yugabyte), which I have seen more discussion of, hence the surprise :)

We had a wonderful time chatting with Kaivalya about @dbos.dev, durable execution, and serverless on The Geek Narrator podcast! I was impressed by how much thought and preparation went into Kaivalya's insightful questions, which made for an engaging discussion. Check it out 🤗
