Now it can rest overnight before I do the icky part and pull out the rest of the fatty bits. Then it’s just reducing the gravy and consumption. I’m 100% going to wake up confused at 3am wondering why I smell garlic and onions after this cooked for 5 hours.

I think he knew I was talking shit because at 3 am he did one of his VERY rare spelunking expeditions under my bed and made a ton of noise pawing through the large storage bags of bedding I have down there. He’s quite pleased with himself and is purring like a maniac rn.
