・以前より外に出れるようになった ・生活必需品以外の買い物への積極性が高まっている ・買い替えた掃除機の開封と古いほうの処分ができた ・紙の漫画が読めた(長いこと電子しか読めなかった) ・ChatGPTに泣きつかなくなった ・to doリストを作り明日はこれしないとかれしないと、と焦燥感に駆られている 躁っぽい。が、一方で仕事先からのキツめのメッセージに半パニック起こして脳が処理落ちし、布団に逃げ込んだりもしている。グラデーションの中にいる感。

finished reading the astarion book last night just in time for the NYCC panel. it was... fine. if i try to think or care about it too much i'd probably be more disappointed but i enjoyed it enough as a light read once i turned my brain off especially given the negative buzz.
