This always happens with my husband because I added him to my existing verizon account back in the day. We’ve tried a million times to make him co-owner or whatever but they still have to call me and ask permission when he needs something 😅

Still wild that Verizon wouldn’t let me buy a $800 replacement phone for a lost one without authorization from the owner of the account, even when my name, email, and credit card are linked to the account. NIH awarded me a $800k grant but Verizon wouldn’t sell me a $800 phone.
