After being asked multiple times, I decided to review this homemade coffee jelly. It was a very pleasant dessert, the nutty notes from the high quality coffee used worked very well with the milk. His knowledge of coffee and choice of beans really enhanced the flavour.

Show PostToday I had sake manju and whilst the dough was soft and the bean paste was of good quality, there is still this unnaturally perfect taste that is off putting.
