He wants to run Cuba. Rubio is part of a corrupt admin who doesn’t care about the Cuban people, just another opportunity to exploit a poor country, and to claim their minerals and petroleum for big corp. So tired of all the crap that’s done to consolidate wealth and power and pollute our world.
