An interesting and challenging issue. Without CO2 removal from the atmosphere, we can’t limit warming to 1.5C. We can’t achieve a fair distribution of growth opportunities and mitigation costs across countries. But the possibility of removal may lead to complacency. Read how we addressed the issue.
