It was so unstressful! So much space. No security theater. Same amount of time as the drive without having to drive. My only gripe: no wifi and spotty reception, so, didn’t get any work done as I had hoped (which is good, actually). The big stations were beautiful, the little ones were quaint.

I suspect most people following me are quite well-versed and sold on this, but, here you go. I, a regular but not frequent traveler, took my first Amtrak ride since I was a kid this summer and I’ve been radicalized.
