I'm not looking for sympathy. I just feel it's really important to share what MAID means to people and the people who love them when I get a chance.
Show PostThe MAID comment is so infuriating. My mom chose MAID after a rollercoaster battle with cancer. It allowed her to end her life at home under a doctor's care surrounded by her family. She was barely herself, between the meds and the pain. I miss her all so much but I'm thankful she had the choice.
