This is exactly how I predicted these kinds of policies would be enforced. It would be a public trans ban. If you're a public trans person, they will target you by canceling and suspending your identity documents if they've been changed. This will soon potentially apply to US passports as well.

A trans woman on tiktok posted about getting her gender marker changed on her Florida drivers license. Florida investigated her over it, canceled her license, and then leaked the story to libs of tiktok to announce it publicly to humiliate her.
