I am usually good with whatever music each Pilates instructor plays during class. Until today! Today I had a new instructor who really rocked at cueing but the music was what one would probably use as their wrist cutting departure music. I know I recognized a track and maybe another one faintly💀

This book is SO GOOD so far. You only get this type of minimalist explanation when professionals have put a ton of time into it. The linguistic design is so smart! My only gripe is that each MP3 is sourced via a separate QR code instead of one big download that's securely yours.
