I made and launched a unique game development tool on Itch with paid edition but since release in about November 2021, only 4 people have bought it. My adjacent project was getting a little traction here, but in the absence of it becoming popular I don't think any of these options are viable.
Show PostI'm not a good enough furry artist to do that as a job. Even assuming I got a slot for a fullbody shaded every weekday and could somehow turn it around that quickly, the amount that would bring in wouldn't pay the bills. Obviously I can do Source mapping but nobody is going to pay enough for that.
Show PostI'm going to have to switch to another line of work, because I don't want to use that toxic shit and hate myself and the rest of my employed life, but what can I do that will actually pay the bills?
