Good he is actually trying to persuade people of why it is a real problem, rather than trying to appease the fossil fuel supporters or keep quiet about it. But an earlier net zero target would be welcome.

Oh look, more austerity. When a fossil fuel company, arms manufacturer, or housing conglomerate comes along with hand outstretched there's plenty of money for subsidies. But not for actual human beings. It's corruption.
