We’re in federal court today calling for permanent protections for people detained by ICE at New York City’s 26 Federal Plaza. No one deserves to be held in overcrowded, inhumane conditions with limited access to attorneys and medical care — not even temporarily.

The War Powers Resolution of 1973 requires the withdrawal of all military forces within 60 days of a president’s initial report to Congress. Regardless of what President Trump claims, there's no reset button. His illegal war on Iran must end.
