Added in a couple of cylinder refinement widgets to Coot1-trimmings. These are like sphere refine but for a range - so they refine the range, but also include contacting regions. I also added in optional alpha helix or beta strand restraints, applied only to the click range & cleared post-refine.

Added a couple of sequence register adjustment widgets to coot1-trimmings, including this one which generates 9-residue fragments centered on the active residue with register adjustments from -5 to +5, then fits, scores and lets you choose the best fit github.com/olibclarke/c...
