lazy morning. got up at 4:40 to take a new friend to the airport (she stayed overnight here). love love love the 20-minute round trip time to Sunport, but damn, that's early. came home, crawled back in bed, dozed to NPR until 9:30. gonna go see the Elizabeth Holmes documentary this afternoon.

I enjoy shuttling friends to Sunport when I can. I also let folks leave their car parked in my driveway while they're gone.

Thank you, I'm so glad it's in the past but I hope sharing our story makes it less likely to happen to someone else. As an American I've always been kind of accustomed to insurance company bullshit, but for my Canadian wife dealing with this for the first time was straight out of a Kafka novel
