Huh, same basic experience I had on a flight to France in October in EuroBiz. I left with the same thoughts. Unfortunately, not much different in LH on a flight last month, either. Not to mention the “customer service” (to put it nicely) with delayed bags and reimbursement (still waiting)

Finally got a good look at the Mersey Ferry "Snowdrop", wearing her spectacular Peter Blake dazzle ships-inspired livery. Unveiled in 2015, I'm ten years late to the party but she was worth the wait.
