I’ve tabled an amendment supported across the House to the Health Bill to turn pledges on Fracture Liaison Services into real action.
Show PostMy amendment simply asks Ministers to set out clear timescales and milestones, so patients, the NHS and Parliament can see how we get there. We must move from commitment to delivery to give our NHS and patients the care they deserve.
Show PostWorking with Dr Caroline Johnson MP and the @royalosteosoc.bsky.social, this amendment requires the Government to publish a clear, milestone-driven delivery plan for universal FLS coverage by 2030. Universal FLS could save 2,000 lives a year. Neither of our constituencies currently has an FLS.
