I agree wholeheartedly!! I was really bummed to have missed out (I was supposed to be seeing Taemin on the 18th), but considering I am chronically ill & disabled and would have absolutely needed ADA accommodations, I feel like a bullet was dodged.

I hope they get sued into OBLIVION. This isn't a "We'll do better next time, your feedback is valuable to us." situation. They literally broke the law, over and over and over, and on top of that they harassed & put disabled fans' health at risk because of their attitude & disregard for the ADA.
