Everyone did a lot of doomscrolling today and it was completely justified. Unfortunately, you need sleep for more doomscrolling tomorrow, and stuff like emails. You still deserve time to rest and recover. And Max loves you.

My daily task is to listen to my Iranian colleague update me on his family and how helpless he feels. I can't do anything, but I listen and be present. That's all I can do and it sucks. Feels like we're all passengers in this messed up situation.
