Let's say the mnleg is moving a bill to ban Flock cameras. So Flock donates *a lot* of stock to every child of a member. None of us asked for it, but we are barred from rejecting it. So now the choice isn't yes/no ban Flock cameras. It's yes/no ban Flock cameras AND lose your kid a lot of money.

And (I have to say it again) because parents *cannot reject the stock donations*, people who would never otherwise participate in this kind of bribery and corruption will be repeatedly exposed to it -- or hell, even threatened with it.

Not vote yes or vote no. Just in a meeting. In the bathroom. Just be gone during that vote. When the action is easy (take a walk) and the outcome is lifechanging (your child gets treatment), it's not hard to imagine how common this could become. When I say rank corruption, DO YOU SEE WHAT I MEAN?!
