Moment of gratitude time: I have a 30 year old pomegranate tree that is producing the most amazing fruit this year. Usually the arils are dark ruby red, and those are the sweetest, while the clear/pink arils were bitter. This year the clear/pink arils are PURE SUGAR. Oof!
