I had somewhat announced this on Instagram but I recently was diagnosed with autism after years and years of suspecting it and I am simultaneously relieved to finally know and also really angry that it took this long.

I just graduated from weekly therapy to now once every two weeks. ߹𖥦߹ My Therapist said she is proud of my progress. I’m now on two different medications that we feel are helping too. I’m so happy. It can get better. Trying to kick PMDD’s ass.
