I think my body has decided that now I’m actually entering REM sleep because of the meds increase I’m going to wake up at 4am since that’s “enough” rest. (It needs to knock it off!!)

while I can understand where it comes from, "that's why you have [x ship]" is a shitty thing to say to someone who is frustrated that they cannot find [y ship] written the way they want to see it

I think the medicine increase must really be helping - I woke up today feeling refreshed even though I got less sleep last night than a lot of weekends - and I was able to play for almost 4 hours with only a few breaks. 😭I haven't been able to do that w/o major consequences for around a year.
