Here are the problems with Trump & Fox’s claim. Overcharges from ACA user fees date back to money collected during Trump’s own first term. And refunds only go to eligible people in the 30 states using the federal exchange. States that operate their own ACA marketplaces aren’t included.

UAW members need to stop voting for Republicans. First and foremost because no Republican is going to support them in a dispute against the corporations they work for. And second, because Republicans, especially Trump, will put them out of work.

It’s not that I think people who commit heinous crimes don’t deserve to die. But I’ll never support the death penalty as long as our justice system is unjust. An unjust system should never have the power to make irreversible decisions, especially when Black people disproportionately pay the price.
