Omeprazole (Prilosec equiv) has powder packets that are mixed with water and given orally, or via NG or gastric tube. Not sure what formulary covers. All of these PPIs (including Nexium) have a notice to monitor when used with Procysbi as they may cause changes in cystine concentration.
