Grateful we get to shed a small spotlight on Tibetan artists. My heart breaks for the hundreds of victims of the flood in Nepal and Tibet. I can only hope local recovery and international aid can come without hindrance and community resilience and resourcefulness sustain through this tragedy

I am so tired of witnessing media layoffs and publications just throwing away amazing talent as this career becomes less and less sustainable and growing numbers of people are pushed out. All for shareholder profits.
Show PostThere's a whole separate and also awful thing with media nonprofits laying staff off because they just can't get stable funding, beause all the media money is in people who treat it as an investment and few funders are interested in direct investment.
